Forms

• What we collect: the name, contact details, shipment particulars and any document you attach.
• Why: to answer your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to prepare and lodge declarations.

Customs authorities

Data needed for a declaration is transmitted to the Slovak financial administration and, where relevant, other member states' authorities. That transmission is a legal obligation, not a choice.

Purposes and legal bases

We use your name, contact details, shipment information and submitted documents to respond to enquiries and prepare requested quotations. Where you are the prospective customer, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). For contacts acting for a company and general business enquiries, our legitimate interest is handling business correspondence and arranging services (Article 6(1)(f)).

Processing required to fulfil customs, tax and accounting obligations is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, our legitimate interest is protecting our legal rights (Article 6(1)(f)). Submitting a request does not constitute consent to marketing.

You choose whether to contact us. Without sufficient contact and shipment details we may be unable to answer or prepare a quotation. Attachments and additional notes are optional; please do not include unrelated personal data.

Service providers and recipients

Website forms submit the information you enter and attachments to Form.taxi for delivery to us. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers Static Assets. Relevant recipients also include providers of email services, and, where needed to perform your requested services, carriers, forwarding partners, professional advisers and competent authorities. Access must be limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose.

Your rights and requests

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. If any processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Send requests to our registered office above or use the contact form, stating that your request concerns personal data. We normally respond within one month; where the GDPR allows an extension, we will explain the reason within that month. We may ask for information necessary to verify your identity.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky), www.dataprotection.gov.sk, or the competent authority in the EU country of your habitual residence or workplace. You do not need to contact us first.

Calculations and automated decisions

Calculator results are indicative estimates. They do not constitute an automated decision producing legal or similarly significant effects; prices and service arrangements are confirmed separately.

Cookies and browser storage

The public website application does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts, and its calculators do not require cookies to perform calculations. This describes the website application; hosting and external service behaviour must also be considered when assessing cookies and technical request data.
